Nicholas Cuddihy
Dr Nicholas Cuddihy joins the Spiritan Education Trust this autumn after eight years working as a Senior Executive Leader in Catholic Education in the UK. He brings with him a wealth of experience and a portfolio of skills in School Leadership, Strategic Planning, Trust Leadership and Governance developed in a variety of different settings. Nicky’s career path to date has been marked by an openness to growth, a solid foundation in personal faith and a life-long commitment to learning and professional development. He is a graduate of the Mater Dei Institute. He holds an M. Sc. in Education Leadership and a Doctorate in Education Leadership and Management from Dublin City University. Starting out as a teacher of Religious Education and English, Nicky’s professional journey has seen him work in the Middle East before his taking up his first Principalship in St Dominic’s College Cabra. He was Principal of Crescent College Comprehensive SJ from 2008 to 2014 before moving to the UK to work with the Jesuits as CEO of the Mount Trust. Most recently Nicky has been working as part of the team of Catholic Academy Trust leaders in the Arch Diocese of Birmingham.
Frank Brown
Frank was appointed to SET in September 2022, He is a native of Belfast, now an honorary Dub after living there for more than 30 years, Frank is married with 3 children and has extensive experience in building the ‘Community of Faith’ through networking, quality relationships, and pastoral care. Frank is a passionate and dedicated pastoral professional with comprehensive and demonstrated experience in designing and implementing various faith formation services and resources and has worked as Parish Pastoral Worker in the Dublin Diocese for almost 12 years. Frank holds a MA in Religion and Education.
Thomas Jackson
Mr Thomas Jackson is a Certified Public Accountant and was appointed to the position of Company Secretary /Finance Officer of the Spiritan Education Trust in February 2016.
Tom has over forty years experience working in management and control of finance, property and facilities, human resources and company secretarial
Sheila Lanney
Sheila started off her working career in London working in numerous 5 star hotels before returning to Dublin. Before joining The Spiritan Education Trust Sheila worked in one of Dublin’s top law firms as a legal secretary for 14 years.
